Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage is a treatment for relieving tense muscles. 
Therapists use their thumbs and fingers to work out tight,  knotted muscles.
They may also use their elbows to reach  muscles deep inside the body.

Deep Tissue is a fairly strong massage, but the resulting relief is well worth the process.
